Participants must develop strategies to preserve global health, choose policies to contain the pandemic, and handle the ramifications of their decisions.
The six neighboring nations are Tua, Winkland, Uclos, Hetron, Astrea, and the Coman Islands. Each nation will present the players with unique challenges. The WHO has determined that collective action is necessary for the seven neighbouring countries to solve the corona crisis. Since none of the seven countries can produce enough vaccines to vaccinate their population, the countries are dependent on the WHO for vaccine distribution. The WHO wants the nations to devise a plan to solve the crisis. Only 40% of citizens in all countries have access to PPE. All countries are interdependent. Assumptions

Handing out PPE will delay the number of infections by 10 percent/month.
The vaccines will prevent infections by 30% and decrease mortality by 70%.
Locking down the country for one month will reduce the number of cases by 50 percent.
Closing borders will reduce infections by 20%.
Each country can produce just 50 percent of the vaccines necessary to vaccinate its population.
The WHO will distribute the remaining vaccines if governments can create a plan to solve the covid crisis.
